Meet Meera
Meet Meera
Meera’s journey into meditation began not as a career path, but as a deeply personal search for understanding.
Born in 1999 into a business family in India, she was drawn from an early age to questions that often remain unasked: Who are we beyond our roles, achievements, and identities? What does it mean to live with awareness, freedom, and inner clarity?
At the age of thirteen, she was introduced to the teachings of Osho through one of his books. What began as curiosity soon became a lifelong exploration of meditation, consciousness, and self-discovery. Rather than accepting ideas intellectually, Meera felt compelled to experience them directly through practice.
Over the following years, meditation became the foundation of her life. She immersed herself in intensive inner work, spending nearly eight years living and practicing within a dedicated spiritual community. This period offered a profound environment for discipline, self-observation, and personal transformation.
Yet as her understanding deepened, so did her realization that the journey of awareness is ultimately an individual one. Guided by an inner calling to explore beyond established structures,
she stepped into a new chapter of independence—carrying forward the wisdom, gratitude, and insights gained through those years of practice.
Today, Meera shares meditation not as a belief system, philosophy, or doctrine, but as a living experience available to every human being. Her work is especially focused on helping young people navigate the challenges of modern life with greater presence, emotional balance, and self-awareness.
Through retreats, meditation experiences, and conscious living programs, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves beyond stress, conditioning, and external expectations.
At the heart of her work is a simple understanding:
Transformation does not happen by becoming someone else. It begins by becoming fully present to who we already are.
For Meera, meditation is not a destination—it is an ongoing journey into awareness, authenticity, and the beauty of this moment.
